2026 - South Monterey County Joint Union High School District (“District”) is seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide scheduling, planning, budgeting, and construction services for the project below:

Project Description: The New District Office Tenant Improvement Project is located at 117 N. First St., King City, CA. The existing building is approximately 6,206 square feet, and the district has established an estimated construction budget of $1.25 million for this renovation. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of non-load-bearing partitions; Installation of doors, frames, hardware, and casework; Upgrades to wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, including insulation; Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage system modifications; Installation of new lighting fixtures.
